Job summary

JRS is a Dutch equestrian brand and distributor seeking an E-commerce & Datamanager to connect product data with systems and commercial performance. You will play a central role coordinating data across suppliers and internal teams, ensuring accurate, complete product information used in B2B and B2C communications.

You will manage multiple webshops, optimize data workflows, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to position JRS and its brands.

Qualifications

• Strong data affinity and analytical skills.
• Experience with data systems (ERP, PIM, e-commerce data) and data exchange.
• HBO-level degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and plan own tasks.
• Dutch and English proficiency; German or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product information in PIM, ERP, and e-commerce systems.
• Ensure accurate data exchange between different systems.
• Maintain and update price lists and product data.
• Maintain contact with suppliers, retailers and external partners.
• Analyze e-commerce performance (traffic, conversion, revenue) and translate into improvements.
• Set up, run and evaluate e-commerce campaigns.
• Act as internal point of contact for systems and data.
• Contribute to the implementation of a new ERP system.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
