NVision Commerce Solutions B.V. is seeking a Technical Consultant to serve as the technical point of contact within projects and for support teams.

You will assist customers with technical questions, support the helpdesk on complex issues, and participate in implementation and optimization projects. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, developers, and partners to deliver projects successfully and to contribute to the development of our products as new technical challenges

Formación

• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving in technical contexts.
• Clear communication with customers and colleagues to explain complex topics.
• Ability to work in both ad-hoc support and structured project environments.
• Experience with or interest in ecommerce integrations and Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support during integration and implementation projects (ecommerce & logistics).
• Handle technical setup, validation, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the functional consultant to deliver projects reliably.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customers and colleagues.
• Support technical questions, incidents, and complex support cases.
• Analyze, reproduce, and resolve bugs and technical issues.
