Start People is seeking a physically active Warehouse Operator in Gelderland to join our team. You will ensure smooth order processing, loading/unloading, and accurate picking and packing for shipment.

The role requires reliability and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include forklift operation, keeping the warehouse clean and organized, registering orders, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience with a valid certificate.
• Experience loading and unloading goods.
• Good spatial awareness and being a real 'Tetris player'.
• Works accurately and efficiently.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Speaks Dutch or English well.

Responsibilities

• Checking finished products before the shipping process starts.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Operating a forklift.
• Picking orders and preparing them for shipment.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised.
• Identifying tasks independently and taking action when needed.
• Adding fastening materials and accessories to orders.
• Registering and deregistering orders in the digital system.
