Job summary

Vooruit Groep B.V in the Netherlands seeks a Junior Marketer to work with the Head of Marketing, help shape the marketing approach, and collaborate with external specialists in photography, design, SEO, and process optimization.

You will execute campaigns end-to-end, craft content, manage social channels, maintain the website, and drive events and brand consistency while supporting sales and internal comms.

Qualifications

• Higher professional education (HBO) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a marketing role.
• Affinity with IT or the IT sector is a plus.
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads or CMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute campaigns from concept to publication and follow-up.
• Write and manage content: social posts, newsletters, web copy, press releases.
• Manage social media channels and keep content engaging.
• Maintain the website: update texts and landing pages.
• Organize and manage trade fairs, events, activations; plan to execution.
• Coordinate PR activities with press, partners and external agencies.
• Support sales with propositions, presentations and sales materials.
• Assist internal communication and internal app development.
• Track results and prepare reports for adjustments.
