Job summary

Chubb Insurance Hong Kong based in Rotterdam is seeking an Underwriting Service Coordinator in Commercial Lines EMEA to deliver high-quality customer service and support underwriting teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will manage multinational and domestic accounts, assist with regulatory and program information, and process instructions for new business and renewals while driving process improvements and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Multinational and Domestic accounts, including administration and program implementation.
• Support underwriters with regulatory, compliance, and multinational program structure information.
• Support Chubb business development and client relationship activities.
• Be a focal point for internal colleagues, working closely with segment leaders, line managers, underwriters and our service centers to deliver agreed client service standards, troubleshoot and solve any issues affecting the customer.
• Prepare and process instructions for new business and renewals.
• Assist with projects to improve processes and operations.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance customer experience and handle ad hoc requests.
