Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking Dutch-speaking candidates to join an international Customer Support team in Greece. No prior customer service experience is required; training and ongoing support will be provided.

This full-time role includes a fully paid relocation package and the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere within Greece. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, help with account or product inquiries, and document interactions in internal systems.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency at C1/C2 level
• English proficiency at B2 or higher
• Clear, friendly communication
• Comfort with computers and digital tools
• No prior customer service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to relocate to Greece

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with questions and requests
• Provide support via phone, email and chat
• Help customers with account, product or service inquiries
• Record and manage customer interactions in internal systems
• Work with colleagues in an international environment
• Guide customers through available options and processes
