Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Greece seeks fluent Dutch-speaking professionals to join an international Customer Support team. This is a fully remote role based in Greece, with relocation paid and support to settle in.

No prior customer service experience is required; you will receive training and ongoing support, and you’ll work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to resolve questions via phone, email and chat.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2+) required.
• Clear, friendly communication and comfort with digital tools.
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented attitude is essential.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with questions and requests.
• Provide support via phone, email and/or chat.
• Help customers with account, product or service inquiries.
• Find practical solutions to everyday customer issues.
• Record and manage interactions using internal systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues in an international environment.
