Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate content for guideline compliance.
• Analyze reported content for policy violations (spam, hate speech, graphics).
• Maintain high quality and accuracy in complex moderation workflows.
• Stay updated on trends and policy shifts to support moderation.
• Collaborate with teams to escalate sensitive cases and improve safety.
• Participate in feedback sessions to improve moderation efficiency.
