Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate social media content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety policies.
• Analyze reported content to identify potential policy violations, including spam, hate speech, and graphic materials.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy while navigating social media workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving trends and policy shifts to provide moderation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upscale sensitive cases and contribute to a healthier digital ecosystem.
• Participate in regular feedback sessions to improve moderation efficiency and safety benchmarks.
