WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to assist drivers, transport companies, and business customers with the Dutch truck tolling system in the Netherlands. The role is fully remote from Portugal, with paid training and health insurance from day one, offering a pathway in an international environment.

You will handle registrations, onboard unit requests, toll questions, payments, and account management while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining high service quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with registration and account-related inquiries.
• Support drivers and transport & logistics companies using the Dutch truck tolling system.
• Answer questions related to roads across the Netherlands.
• Assist with onboard unit requests, toll payments, and customer accounts.
• Support revenue collection and debt communication activities.
• Promote relevant services where applicable.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer support.
