RDN CONS is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative for our hospitality client. This entry-level role starts with two months on-site in Greece, with full paid training and relocation support.

After training, the position becomes fully remote from Greece, offering international exposure, stability, and long-term remote flexibility. You will handle reservations, inquiries, and provide clear, customer-focused solutions in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1 level)
• English at B2 level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for the initial two-month training period
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required
• No previous customer service experience required; training provided

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with hotel reservations, booking modifications, and general inquiries
• Deliver clear, accurate, and customer-focused solutions
• Maintain professional communication standards
• Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service quality standards
