Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support specialist to join an international travel and hospitality project in Greece. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries and ensure a friendly, professional experience across multiple channels.

The role offers a full-time position with relocation support for eligible candidates moving from abroad and the possibility of remote work within Greece after the initial training period, in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)
• Previous customer-facing experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, tourism or a similar environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive and service-oriented attitude
• Good computer literacy
• Availability to work flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Support Dutch-speaking customers and handle enquiries across multiple channels to provide a positive customer experience.
