This role offers the chance to join a high-performing Benelux sales team and drive growth for a globally recognized platform. With a hybrid work setup, uncapped commissions, and impactful sales responsibilities, this position is ideal for experienced SaaS professionals targeting the Dutch market.

What will you do?

  • Develop new business opportunities by targeting key verticals and exploring new sectors in the Dutch market
  • Manage the full sales cycle: identify opportunities, build relationships, deliver presentations, customize proposals, and negotiate contracts
  • Pursue major Benelux brands and engage with enterprise leads from business development and marketing
  • Navigate complex RFI/RFP processes and support clients through to implementation
  • Build a robust pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting aligned with quarterly goals
  • Provide product feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement
  • Mentor junior sales colleagues and support their development
  • Coordinate closely with Account Management for seamless client handovers
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and forums to build relationships and generate leads

Candidate profile

  • Proven success managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles within SaaS
  • Skilled in creating compelling business cases and engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Experienced in navigating legal, procurement, and RFP processes
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and creative in problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience selling to mid-sized and enterprise clients across industries
  • Confident in identifying new revenue streams in a competitive market
  • Willing to travel within the Benelux region
  • Native Dutch and fluent English (written and spoken)
