100Hires, Inc. is seeking Dutch-speaking customer support professionals to join an international team in Greece. This opportunity requires relocation to Greece, with a fully paid relocation package, and allows remote work from anywhere within Greece.

No prior customer service experience is required as training and ongoing support are provided. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries and guiding them through options in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2+) required.
• Clear and friendly communication; comfortable using computers.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented; eager to learn and develop professionally.

Responsabilités

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with questions and requests.
• Provide support via phone, email and/or chat.
• Help customers with account, product or service inquiries.
• Find practical solutions to everyday issues and guide through options.
• Record and manage interactions using internal systems.
• Work in an international environment with colleagues.
