Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to join an international team in Greece. No prior experience required; you will receive training and ongoing support as you learn our products and processes.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, assist with account or product questions, and guide customers through options. Fully remote within Greece with relocation package included, and a fully-fledged early career path in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch is required, with C1/C2 proficiency.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher is expected.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and start with training provided.
