Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. On-site role with Monday–Friday schedule and potential weekend shifts depending on project.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate support while using CRM systems. Requirements include Dutch at C1 and English at B2–C1, strong communication, problem-solving, and comfort with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and multiple tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or tech issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain documentation and meet quality and performance targets.

Job description

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1/C2level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Salary: €1,300–€1,500 gross/month +bonus(depending on the project)+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project
