WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers across markets from Porto, Portugal. The onsite role involves a 24/7 rotational schedule and a starting package including €1,100 gross monthly across 14 salaries, plus a €7.63 daily meal allowance and a €4,000 welcome bonus.

You will resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment; accommodation support is available for eligible candidates.

Job description

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
