WW Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic help across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires fluent Dutch and C1 English, a 24/7 rotational shift pattern, and accommodation support for relocations. A welcome bonus and daily meal allowance are part of the package to facilitate onboarding and living in Portugal.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
