Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong command of the English language for international communication.
• Valid EU passport is required for employment in Greece.
• Previous experience in the airlines or hospitality sector is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, high-touch customer support to travelers of Singapore Airlines.
• Assist passengers with complex flight bookings, itinerary changes, and aviation-specific inquiries.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the premium brand identity of Singapore Airlines.
• Navigate global reservation systems to resolve ticketing and loyalty program queries.
• Collaborate with international flight operations to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
• Contribute to the excellence of Dutch-speaking jobs by maintaining high communication standards.
• Availability to work on-site in Athens, Greece, to support our growing operations.
