100Hires, Inc. is seeking Dutch-speaking professionals to join an international Customer Support project in the travel and hospitality sector in Greece. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers across channels, delivering a professional and positive experience.

Relocation support is available for eligible candidates, with remote work possible within Greece after training. You will join an international, multicultural team with ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) required.
• Good English (B2+) required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or tourism.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Good computer literacy.
• Availability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries across multiple channels.
• Provide professional, friendly service and resolve issues.
• Support customers through email, chat, and phone.
• Collaborate with international team in Greece.
• Relocate and adapt as needed; participate in training.
