Job summary

Welocalize is seeking a detail-oriented reviewer for a Dutch language rating project in the Netherlands. You will support raters, ensure unbiased annotation and gold-set creation, and analyze data to drive decisions. Collaboration with client teams and R&D will be key.

Responsibilities include testing rounds with clients, evaluating proficiency, and providing clear written feedback while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Dutch language knowledge is required.
• English at B2 level (oral and written).
• 1+ years of rating experience is required.
• Understanding of data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies is required.
• Academic background in social sciences or quality roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Raters in skill development and guide best practices for consistent ratings.
• Ensure annotation selection and gold set creation follow templates to ensure unbiased outcomes.
• Analyze datasets to identify patterns and drive data-informed decisions.
• Use strategic questioning to gather information and stimulate problem solving.
• Craft client communications and feedback materials to ensure clarity and relevance.
• Collaborate with research and development teams to improve client data.
• Work with clients and CEM to conduct test rounds and understand benchmarks.
• Conduct evaluations to maintain proficiency and identify improvement areas.
• Perform thorough tier 2 reviews to uncover opportunities.
