Job summary

KEMEL is launching a Dutch office in Nieuw-Vennep and seeks a Financial Controller to establish the financial administration, reporting and compliance for the Netherlands. You will collaborate with local management and European stakeholders to build a solid financial foundation.

Responsibilities include managing AP/AR/GL, monthly/quarterly/annual reports, budgeting and cash flow, audits and payroll support, internal controls, and delivering insights to guide management decisions in an

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• Experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Fluent English communication skills
• Analytical, accurate and proactive mindset
• Experience within an international organisation is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls
• Coordinating external audits and payroll administration
• Providing financial insights and analysis to support management decisions
• Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
• Joining during launch phase of the Dutch office as a broad Financial Controller
