Job summary

Welo Data, part of Welocalize, is seeking an Expert Rater to support and guide fellow raters, develop rating expertise, and ensure accurate, unbiased data labeling for client projects in the Netherlands.

This freelance role offers flexible hours (up to 30 hours/week, extendable to 40), with potential for full-time extension based on performance and project needs, joining a global AI data services leader.

Responsibilities

• Support Raters in skill development and best practices for accurate ratings.
• Ensure annotation selection and gold set creation align with templates and unbiased outcomes.
• Analyze datasets to identify patterns and drive data-informed decisions.
• Ask strategic questions to gather information and enhance understanding.
• Craft emails, questions, and feedback for client communications.
• Collaborate with research and development teams to enhance client data.
• Work with clients and CEM to conduct test rounds and understand quality benchmarks.
• Conduct tier 2 reviews to identify patterns and opportunities.
