Job summary

Welo Data is seeking detail-oriented trainers to support an AI data annotation project. You will review questions with images and provide golden answers based on visual information, working remotely on a freelance basis with about 10 hours per week.

Fluent in Dutch and English, with a Bachelor’s degree, you will flag unclear images and ensure consistent quality while following project guidelines. This role offers long-term collaboration and fully remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch with strong English reading/writing skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• High attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions precisely and consistently.
• Prior data annotation, data labeling, or quality review experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review a pre-seeded question with an accompanying image and determine the needed details.
• Provide a clear, accurate golden answer based solely on visual information.
• Flag images that are unclear or insufficient to answer the question.
• Maintain consistency and quality across a batch of tasks.
• Follow project-specific guidelines and rubrics provided by the project team.
