The Orange Studio in Amsterdam is seeking a Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid campaigns for luxury lifestyle brands. You’ll plan, manage and optimise multi-channel initiatives end-to-end.

You will combine platform strategy with hands-on execution, apply AI to campaigns, analyse results with Google Analytics, and advise clients on spend and future opportunities. Join an international, energetic team with hybrid work and a competitive salary package.

Formación

• 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Experience with premium brands or hospitality is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong analytical mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and optimise digital campaigns for premium lifestyle brands.
• Translate client objectives into measurable results across channels.
• Analyse performance with Google Analytics and platform insights.
• Manage budgets and advise clients on spend allocation.
• Align paid activity with SEO and AI Visibility for holistic campaigns.
• Collaborate with Client Managers and Creative/PR/Tech teams.
• Apply AI to operations, execution, and analysis of campaigns.
• Present results and insights; support monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with platform features and new testing opportunities.
