Qualifications

• Native or C1-level Dutch capabilities, alongside a strong B2 command of English.
• Good overall PC proficiency, experience with MS Office, and a typing speed of ≥25 wpm with 80% accuracy.
• Enthusiastic, tech-friendly individuals are encouraged to apply as no prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries, emails, and live chats from Dutch-speaking consumers.
• Guide users through the digital storefront and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Manage customer complaints, shipping delays, order cancellations, and product return requests.
