Next Job Abroad invites a Dutch-speaking Customer Care Representative to support a major streaming platform from Greece or remotely across Greece. You will handle subscriptions, billing, and technical inquiries via phone, chat and email, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Role offers relocation to Athens with a full training program, two extra annual payments, health insurance, and an international European team. Fluent Dutch and good English are required.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent Dutch, written and spoken; English at least B2.
• Strong written communications for chat and email.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers via calls, chat and email about subscriptions and billing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and content availability inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on languages and promotions.
• Participate in training and nesting period before full production.
• Maintain high-quality service and follow guidelines.
