You will work independently, based in the Netherlands, with English language proficiency and a strong eye for detail to identify adversarial patterns and document your reasoning.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Dutch (Netherlands) with business-level English.
• Based in the Netherlands.
• Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Dutch across sensitive topics.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasing and escalation patterns; document reasoning.
• Evaluate and strengthen AI model handling of Dutch content.
• Work independently and asynchronously to ensure model safety.
