pladis Foods Limited is seeking a Process Operator in the dough mixer area to ensure smooth operation of production lines. You will follow recipes and machine standards, monitor quality and safety, and contribute improvements to the process.

This is a 37.5 hour per week, full-time role on a 3-shift cycle with a 12-month contract and potential for permanent employment in the Netherlands. Salary ranges from €3,000 to €3,599 per month, plus 20% shift allowance and robust benefits including pension,

Formación

• Experience operating production equipment and setting up machines.
• Familiarity with MES systems and ticketing.
• Knowledge of materials handling and FIFO principles.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, retool, and calibrate one or more machines.
• Run control systems per standards and document results.
• Monitor process parameters and respond to deviations.
• Record checks and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure availability of tools and consumables.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hygienic food production area.
• Manage materials and raw inputs per FIFO in a bakery section.
• Visually inspect products against quality standards.
