Huisartsenpraktijk De Cirkel zoekt een doktersassistent voor een actieve rol in een vriendelijke praktijk in Amstelveen. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt tijdens spreekuren, voert medische handelingen uit en ondersteunt het team bij administratieve en klinische taken.

Je werkt binnen een gezellige, professionele sfeer met duidelijke lijnen van communicatie en vaste werktijden. Een opleiding tot doktersassistent is vereist en er zijn mogelijkheden voor groei en training.

Qualifications

• Afgeronde opleiding tot doktersassistent.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en patientenadvies.
• Stressbestendig en georganiseerd.
• Zorgvuldig omgaan met medische dossiers en administratie.
• Teamwork en ondersteuning van collega’s in de praktijk.

Responsibilities

• Patiënten contacteren en afspraken plannen.
• Telefonische vragen afhandelen en patiëntbehoeften snel inschatten.
• Tijdens consulten ondersteunen van de arts.
• Medische procedures uitvoeren zoals bloeddruk meten, injecties geven en hechtingen verwijderen.
• Bijdragen aan een vlotte workflow en teamdoelen.

You’ll be the point of contact during consultation hours, carry out medical procedures, organise everything behind the scenes and ensure patients receive the right care. This is what your work looks like

As a doctor's assistant, you are the point of contact for patients. You schedule appointments, answer phone calls and help patients by quickly assessing their care needs and determining what follow-up action is required. Whether it's a worried young mother or an elderly man who has fallen with his walker, you know how to reassure patients and guide them forward with confidence. Meanwhile, you ensure that the files are completely accurate and that everything is ready for the consultation hour. During the consultation hour, you support the doctor where necessary and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

However, you do more than just administration and planning; you like to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. You perform various medical procedures during your own consultation hours, such as measuring blood pressure, giving injections, removing stitches, syringing ears and performing urine tests. And if a colleague needs extra help, you step in where necessary and actively contribute to the team.

You have completed training as a doctor's assistant and also have the following to offer:

Salary and extras

This is how we ensure that you can enjoy your work:

• A salary of €2,805.00 – €4,061.00 per month for a 38-hour week (General Practitioners’ Collective Agreement, scale 4–5), commensurate with your experience and responsibilities.
• A part-time position of 25.5 to 34 hours (3 - 4 days) per week.
• A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• 25 days of leave (based on a 38-hour working week), 8% holiday allowance and an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%.
