Job summary

Another Star, the company behind citizenM hotels in Europe and the USA, offers a distribution coordinator internship in Leiden. You will gain hands-on experience auditing data, supporting reporting, and evaluating processes to boost efficiency for existing hotels and upcoming openings.

The role is a hybrid, 3 days in the Leiden office and 2 days remote, starting January or February 2027. Monthly internship allowance is €750 gross, with travel compensation and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Available for five or more months.
• Student currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or related program.
• Analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written; additional languages welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support the distribution team in the day-to-day management and auditing of all distribution channels.
• Assist in the implementation and documentation of distribution updates and commercial or system changes.
• Ensure accurate inventory, rates, and availability across all connected channels.
• Load rates across various distribution systems.
• Help prepare commercial reports and data for inclusion in management presentations.
• Carry out ad hoc administrative and analytical tasks for the distribution team.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by auditing critical data, assisting with reporting, and evaluating processes to optimize efficiency for both our existing portfolio and new hotel openings.
