Job summary

Assent is seeking a Director of Product Management for Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to define strategy, roadmaps, and the long‑term value of LCA capabilities within our B2B SaaS platform.

You will lead a team of Product Managers, collaborating with Sustainability, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Customer Success to balance scientific rigor with customer usability and commercial impact. This role anchors AI responsibly for data workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in product management, environmental science, sustainability, engineering, computer science, software engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive product management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast‑growing organization.
• Experience applying LCA concepts or leading software products for LCA or sustainability calculations.

Responsibilities

• Define the LCA product portfolio strategy aligned with corporate goals and growth.
• Own the LCA solution’s success including value, adoption, and integration with the platform.
• Build relationships with customers, consultants, data providers to shape strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure calculation transparency, data lineage, and auditable reporting for defensible results.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery with Engineering and QA to ensure high quality releases.
• Establish go‑to‑market strategy with pricing, positioning and growth plans.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high‑performing team of Product Managers.
