• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP across multiple countries and functions.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, labor practices, benefits and HR compliance.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across multiple countries and functions to drive people strategies.
• Provide tactical guidance on organizational effectiveness, succession planning and employee engagement.
• Support recruitment for key commercial and medical roles and ensure onboarding quality.
• Develop regional HR programs, learning and development initiatives and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Rhythm policies across client groups.
