Job summary

Xylem, a Fortune 500 global water solutions company, is looking for a Project Manager – Digital Solutions to lead digital initiatives and deliver sustainable water solutions.

You will manage projects from initiation to completion, oversee scope, planning, budget, quality, and risks, and collaborate with internal teams, customers and external partners.

Fluent Dutch and English, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and 5+ years of PM experience are required; PMI/PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• PMI/PMP certification is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written) are mandatory for this role.
• Experience in IT and/or the water or wastewater industry is highly valued.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring strong results and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project scope, planning, budget, quality, and risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and grow new projects.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and health & safety standards.
