Job summary

Boeva Tech is seeking a Social Media Solutions Consultant to support Danish and English-speaking users across popular products while relocating to Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle non-technical inquiries, assist with billing, account management, and digital purchases in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role includes 3 weeks of onsite training, a relocation package with €1,500 gross bonus, housing support, and ongoing mentorship to grow within a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• EU work authorization or willingness to relocate to Bulgaria.

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor supporting users across popular products, including the Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting users with non-technical issues such as billing, account management, and digital purchases

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email

• Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
