Job summary

The Apex Group is seeking a Digital Product Scrum Master in Amstelveen to facilitate Agile delivery across digital product teams and ensure value delivery. You will coach cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and help optimize product roadmaps while aligning Product, Technology, Data and business stakeholders.

You will lead agile ceremonies, monitor progress, manage dependencies, and promote continuous improvement and transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• CSM/PSM/SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience leading Agile delivery across digital products.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Monitor sprint progress, dependencies, and risks; remove blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure alignment between product, tech and business units.
• Track Agile metrics and drive improvements in velocity and predictability.
• Support transformation and Agile standards adoption across teams.
