Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Process & Data Specialist MSAT Advanced Therapies in Sassenheim (hybrid) for a 12-month contract. You will ensure manufacturing data from MES, SIMCA, Tableau and related systems is accessible, connected, and ready for business use, enabling process monitoring and reporting.

You will apply LVV manufacturing knowledge with digital expertise to build and improve data flows, dashboards, and insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience and BS degree or equivalent, or advanced degree MS/MBA/Ph.D.
• Strong understanding of LVV manufacturing or similar biopharmaceutical processes.
• Affinity with digital manufacturing, data management, and data visualization.
• Experience with digital systems and platforms such as MES, SIMCA, Tableau.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support data accessibility solutions across MES, SIMCA, Tableau, and related platforms.
• Apply LVV manufacturing knowledge to understand data, parameters, and business requirements.
• Design, improve, and maintain data flows for retrieval, integration, visualization, and usage.
• Translate business and process needs into practical digital and data solutions.
• Collaborate with MSAT, Manufacturing, Automation, Digital, Data Analytics, Quality and IT teams.
• Support development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualization tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve data transparency, accessibility, usability, and reporting efficiency.
• Contribute to investigations and tech transfers.
• Support governance and standardization of data and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Data Integrity, and company requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Process & Data Specialist MSAT Advanced Therapies is responsible for ensuring that manufacturing and process data from systems such as MES, SYMCA, Tableau, and related platforms are accessible, connected, and available for business use. The Digital Process & Data Specialist MSAT Advanced Therapies combines a strong understanding of LVV manufacturing processes with digital expertise to establish and improve data flows that support process monitoring, trend analysis, investigations, continuous improvement, and business reporting.

• 2+ years of relevant experience and BS degree or equivalent OR advanced degree MS/MBA/Ph.D. or equivalent
• Strong understanding of LVV manufacturing processes or comparable biopharmaceutical, biologics, cell and gene therapy, or aseptic manufacturing processes
• Affinity with digital manufacturing, data management, and data visualization
• Experience with, or demonstrated ability to work with, digital systems and platforms such as MES, SIMCA, Tableau, manufacturing or laboratory information systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
• Knowledge of GMP
• DEGREE: Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Data Science, Information Management, Process Technology, or another relevant discipline
• LANGUAGES: Fluent in written and spoken English
