Specialized Bicycle Components in the Netherlands seeks a Digital Merchandising Specialist EMEA to shape online experiences for riders, retailers, and consumers across the region. You will manage product merchandising, catalog content, and campaign execution to optimize B2B and B2C platforms.

You will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support launches, optimize assortments, and improve customer journeys while ensuring governance across our digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising for a premium brand.
• Experience with large SKU portfolios (>5000 SKUs) and regional collaboration.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Interest in sports and fitness for authentic brand alignment.
• Service oriented with hands-on approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Hybris and Oracle ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support product activation/deactivation and pricing on B2C and B2B.
• Localize assets to regional languages and optimize catalog management.
• Create consumer-centric assortments for the e-commerce site.
• Present assortment direction to support long-term EMEA strategy.
• Assist campaigns with coupons, promo rules, and delivery adjustments.
• Participate in monthly reviews with product managers to ensure roadmap execution.
• Analyze sales trends and competition to drive strategic actions.

SUMMARY

The Digital Merchandising Specialist is part of the EMEA Digital Commerce team and supports the ongoing development and optimization of our B2B and B2C digital platforms. In this role, you will help deliver outstanding online experiences through effective product merchandising, campaign execution, catalog management, and platform governance.

You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to support product launches, optimize assortment strategies, improve customer journeys, and ensure seamless execution across our digital ecosystem.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Support in product activation, deactivation, pricing on B2C and B2B

• Support in localization of assets to our regional languages

• Support markets in their day-to-day business and operations related to Catalog Management.

• Create consumer centric assortments for the E-commerce site.

• Present assortment direction and how it supports EMEA’s long term strategy

• Support markets in their promotional efforts, by creating coupons, promo rules and adjustments to delivery modes.

• Participate in Monthly Business Review meetings with Product Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure a correct execution of our roadmap and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Analyse sales trends and competitive landscape to generate recommendations for strategic action to meet performance objectives and the right consumer expectations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

• 1-3 years of experience from working with E-commerce merchandising for a premium fashion or lifestyle brand.

• Experience with portfolios of more than 5000 SKUs, ideally in retail

• Experience collaborating with multiple regions

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal.

• A strong interest in sports and fitness which will translate into authenticity and company connection.

• Service oriented and hands‑on approach

• Acute attention to detail in all aspects of responsibilities.

• Strong and proven analytical skills.

• Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).

• Service oriented and hands‑on approach.

• Experience with a website back-end platform (Hybris is preferred) and with an ERP (Oracle).
