Job summary

Under Armour is offering a Digital Marketplace Rookie internship in the Netherlands, September 2026 to June 2027. You will work on a strategic project, gain global brand exposure, and collaborate across functions to deliver data-driven recommendations for online marketplaces.

The role requires enrollment in a Dutch college/university for the full duration, EU citizenship or study in the Netherlands for non-EU students, and placement in a hybrid work model with 4 days in-office per week.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in digital commerce and eCommerce ecosystems.
• Familiarity with emerging digital trends, platforms, and consumer behaviors.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; an additional European language is a plus.
• Foundational understanding of eCommerce metrics, wholesale economics, and digital consumer behavior.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Interest in or exposure to the sports or fashion industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain a holistic understanding of how a global sports brand operates through structured learning and real-world projects.
• Own a strategic project that challenges you to think critically and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Build a data-driven view of the online marketplace and deliver actionable recommendations to improve growth and brand protection.
• Support cross-functional alignment by sharing insights with eCommerce, Marketplace, Digital Wholesale, Brand, Legal, and Analytics teams.
