Job description

We are not looking for someone who simply checks boxes. We need an integrated digital marketing specialist who can take a campaign, a lifecycle, and a platform (HubSpot — our core engine) and deliver exceptional results. Someone who understands the difference between launching a campaign and building an end-to-end experience. You will drive our lifecycle and email strategy while collaborating across search marketing, social media, and content to build integrated journeys that engage customers from initial interest to long-term loyalty.

On an average day, you'll…
  • Expand Search & Paid Marketing: Manage SEO/SEM initiatives, optimize landing pages, and test paid search campaigns to attract high-intent leads.
  • Lead Email & eCRM: Write, design, build, and deliver targeted email campaigns. Own automation within HubSpot — covering onboarding, lead nurturing, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Amplify Social & Content: Partner with the team to write, schedule, and curate social media content, translating complex industrial hardware specifications into clear, value-driven narratives.
  • Segment & Personalise: Combine data precision with engaging storytelling across every channel.
  • Test & Optimise: Continuously evaluate and iterate using data insights to refine copy, creative assets, and channel performance.
  • Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain impeccable list hygiene and ensure global compliance (GDPR, CCPA) across all automation and data collection.
  • Drive European Expansion & Localization: Scale digital campaigns and multi-language demand generation strategies across diverse European target regions.
  • Monitor Key Metrics: Keep a close eye on performance indicators while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
The team you will be joining:

This multi-talented inbound marketing and ecommerce team consists of digital marketers, writers, designers and communications experts who endeavor to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial Computing. You’ll find them developing marketing campaigns, producing stunning product catalogs, curating our social media channels, penning website content and laughing daily at each other's terrible jokes. They’re a collaborative crew that works hard to position the brand, generate demand and deliver a delightful customer experience.

Learn more about Life at OnLogic.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing and/or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot's Design Manager; experience with HubL or HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting and template customisation is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of global email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices for list hygiene.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in European digital marketing expansion, including hands-on experience managing multi-market localization, multi-language demand generation, and localized SEO/SEM across varied EU markets (such as the Nordics, CEE, and Southern Europe).
Who we're looking for:
  • You’ve lived in HubSpot—not just visited.
  • You understand the full digital ecosystem. Lifecycle marketing is your bread and butter, but you know digital marketing isn't about siloed tactics. You understand how SEO, paid search, and social connect to feed the top of the funnel and grow the brand.
  • You are truly versatile. You’re as comfortable sketching copy and social posts as you are building complex, multi-step workflows. You can juggle multiple channels and campaigns without ever dropping the overarching narrative.
  • You balance data and instinct seamlessly. Data isn’t just a static report to you—it’s actionable insight. You use it to segment, personalize, and optimize every touchpoint.
  • You can translate the complex. You turn dense industrial hardware specifications into clear, value-driven content that resonates with engineers and IT buyers alike.
  • Testing, measuring, and iterating is second nature. You are naturally agile and curious, spotting drop-offs or emerging opportunities quickly and pivoting even faster.
  • You write like a human and think like a growth marketer. Above all, you make brand communications feel less like marketing and more like a conversation people actually want to have.
