JOB OVERVIEW

As our Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager, you will be the driving force behind our online success. You will craft and execute engaging marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize our Shopify store for a seamless customer experience. Your strategic insights will enhance UX, boost sales, and develop campaigns that resonate with our European and UK audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute digital advertising campaigns across our different platforms – Email Marketing, Meta, Google, Pinterest, etc.
  • Oversee and optimize Shopify store operations, ensuring a user-friendly shopping experience
  • Analyze sales and engagement data to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to align on branding, product launches, and promotional activities.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years digital marketing experience with proven ability to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across platforms. Strong understanding of content creation, community management, and influencer collaboration.
  • Experience in e-commerce management, overseeing online stores, with a focus on UX/UI optimization, and customer experience enhancement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • English language proficiency required; proficiency in German, French, or Japanese is beneficial.
