HE Space in Noordwijk, Netherlands is seeking an Academy Development and Support Officer to help build and improve training academies for ESA programs. You will coordinate across the learning architecture, engage stakeholders and ensure delivery readiness.
The role requires a master's in L&D or HR, 4 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage. An international work environment awaits.
