In this role, you will advise public and semi-public sector clients on legal matters related to digitalization and data regulations. Responsibilities include assessing the impact of regulations, conducting compliance projects, and maintaining client relationships. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in Dutch Law and at least 3 years of relevant experience. A competitive salary and benefits are offered.
Qualifications
A completed WO (Master’s) degree in Dutch Law or a related field.
Specialization in IT, privacy, healthcare law, or strong affinity with these areas.
At least 3 years of work experience in privacy, information security, IT law, or related disciplines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.
Responsibilities
Help clients understand current and upcoming regulations on digitalization and data.
Collaborate to assess the impact of regulations on organizational processes.
Carry out implementation projects for compliance with laws and regulations.
Conduct assessments to verify compliance with laws and regulations.
Draft necessary documentation for compliance purposes.
