Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Digital Innovation Intern within the Medical Affairs Unit of North Europe MCO to join for a 6-month+ internship starting September 2026 in Amsterdam. The role focuses on digital tools, AI, and innovations to support patient care and clinical decision-making in Immunology areas across Nordics and Benelux.

You will map digital tools, explore AI-based solutions, and propose actionable recommendations to bridge gaps between patients, HCPs, and healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• This internship requires a Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Innovation Management, or related field.
• The internship must be part of your academic program or approved by your university.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of Nordics/Benelux regional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze existing and emerging digital tools that influence the clinical environment in Nordics/Benelux contexts.
• Explore AI-enhanced solutions, including chatbots and AI decision-support tools for clinical use.
• Identify opportunities to improve collaboration within hospitals and healthcare systems through digital innovation.
• Propose actionable recommendations to bridge gaps between patients, HCPs, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
• Participate in planning, impact measurements, and budget considerations for proposed initiatives.
