Job purpose

As the Digital Growth Manager, you will play a key role in scaling the overall e-commerce sales performance through managing the customer acquisition and retention strategy for viktor-rolf.com. In this strategic role within the e-commerce & digital team, you will lead and execute initiatives across our core digital growth pillars: Paid Advertising (Paid Social & Search), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and CRM & Email Marketing, including automation flows and newsletters. You’ll drive performance through data-led strategies that elevate our brand, grow traffic, and maximize conversion and customer lifetime value.

Duties and responsibilities

Paid Advertising:
• Manage the relationship with our paid advertising agency to ensure strategic alignment and performance across paid social and paid search channels
• Monitor performance metrics and lead weekly reviews to assess effectiveness and optimization opportunities
• Brief our paid advertising agency on campaign goals, budgets, audiences in line with commercial calendar & objectives
• Own paid channel performance reporting and budget allocation to maximize ROAS
• Create seasonal asset briefs for paid campaigns to cover needs across the full funnel
• Collaborate with our paid advertising agency and brand marketing team to ensure assets meet platform and brand requirements
• Identify new paid media opportunities, including emerging platforms, formats, or testing frameworks

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Lead SEO roadmap and strategy including technical audits, on-page optimization, and content planning in collaboration with our SEO agency
• Own on-site SEO content updates and align with e-commerce Manager on SEO related roadmap implementations.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify new SEO opportunities and benchmark performance
• Provide input and prioritization for technical SEO, keyword focus, and content opportunities
• Monitor agency performance and organic KPIs to ensure continuous growth in visibility and traffic

CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
• Oversee the CRM strategy to build and maintain customer relationships, grow the customer base, and drive the overall business.
• Set up the seasonal email calendar in collaboration with the brand marketing team
• Define email templates according to brand and commercial pillars in collaboration with the brand marketing team
• Build segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and timely communications
• Manage, set up and optimize the email marketing flows based on performance (e.g. abandoned cart)
• Manage and optimize the email sign up strategy in order to increase to grow the V&R subscriber base
• Analyze performance metrics and set up A/B tests, continuously testing subject lines, send times, content, and flows.
• Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of CRM processes and workflows.

Qualifications

Skills & Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in digital marketing, ideally in eCommerce or DTC
• Experience in Fashion and/or Luxury is a plus
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
• Fluency in English required
• Proven track record managing paid media campaigns and CRM/email programs
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics) and reporting platforms required
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising & CRM tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo (or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of data-driven decision-making
• Strong communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to adapt to changing industry trends and implement innovative solutions.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with team members
