The International Baccalaureate invites applications for its 18-month Digital & Data Graduate Programme based in The Hague. The programme offers three rotations across Digital Transformation, Innovation and Strategic Partnerships, delivering hands-on experience in analysis, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or equivalent level qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning and professional development, with curiosity and an eagerness to learn.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications and other standard business systems.
• Ability to gather, analyse and present information clearly and accurately, with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes and technologies quickly and demonstrate initiative, resilience and accountability.
• Experience of collaborative team working is desirable; previous work experience, internships, placements, voluntary work or extracurricular involvement would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support departmental objectives through operational, analytical, administrative and project-related activities across each rotation.
• Gather, analyse and interpret information to support decision-making, planning and business improvement initiatives.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders, contributing to cross-functional projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of agreed solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, briefings, documentation and other outputs to support departmental requirements.
• Support Digital Transformation communications, stakeholder engagement, workshops, convenings and planning activities.
• Support Innovation co-creation exercises, workshops, participant coordination, horizon or market scans and innovation ways of working.
• Support Strategic Partnerships activities, including partner operations, coordination, documentation and relationship management.
