Job summary

Axelera AI is seeking a Developer Relations and Community Manager to grow our developer base across Gainsight, GitHub, and social channels. You will build trust, moderate discussions, and help developers troubleshoot deployments with Voyager SDK, Metis, and related tools.

The role emphasizes content creation, influencer relations, events, and product advocacy while maintaining a healthy, engaged community across Europe with hybrid/remote options.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the AI hardware landscape with hands-on community experience.
• Proven track record building relationships with technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating complex tech to diverse audiences.
• Fluency across developer-facing platforms and community tooling.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and critical judgment on outputs.
• Working understanding of the software/SDK development lifecycle.
• Maker-space engagement with Raspberry Pi, Home Automation, or similar.
• Genuine interest in sustaining a technical, self-driven community.

Responsibilities

• Engage across community platforms, moderating discussions and triaging technical questions.
• Create and curate technical content, tutorials, and updates for developers.
• Build relationships with influencers and power users in the community.
• Plan and host events, webinars, and product launch activities.
• Advocate for Voyager SDK and Metis features based on community feedback.
• Grow and maintain a healthy, helpful community with AI-assisted routing of inquiries.
• Collaborate with open-source teams on Voyager SDK issues and PRs.
