Job summary

Axelera AI is seeking a Developer Relations and Community Manager to grow our developer base around the Metis and Voyager ecosystem. You will engage with developers across our community platforms, moderate discussions, and help troubleshoot real deployments to add genuine value.

You will craft technical content, host events, and build relationships with makers and influencers. This role offers hybrid/remote European work with a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of AI hardware and developer communities.
• Credibility within AI/developer communities with stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating technical detail clearly.
• Fluency with developer platforms (GitHub, forums, Discord/Slack) and community tools.
• Proven ability to use AI tools responsibly with human review when needed.
• Software development literacy to follow model deployment, drivers, and pipelines.
• Maker-space experience or active interest in Raspberry Pi, home automation, or similar.
• Passion for building a self-sustaining technical community.
• Creative and strategic thinking to drive engagement and product adoption.
• Analytical skills with engagement data to guide strategy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with community across our platform, GitHub, and social channels; moderate discussions and assist developers.
• Create and curate technical content, tutorials, updates, and newsletters; ensure accuracy of AI/SDK references.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and power users across the ecosystem.
• Plan and host community events, webinars, and meetups tied to product launches and industry events.
• Advocate for Voyager SDK and Metis AIPU capabilities and channel feedback to product teams.
• Grow and maintain a healthy community with efficient triage and response workflows.
• Monitor engagement metrics and surface actionable insights using AI-assisted analysis.
• Encourage open-source contributions to Voyager SDK and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
