Job summary

ScreenPoint Medical BV, a leader in breast image analysis, is seeking a DevOps Lead to own cloud CI/CD pipelines and production operations. You will ensure infrastructure reliability, security, and scalability to support fast software delivery, collaborating closely with software engineering teams.

You will design and evolve deployment strategies, oversee production systems, implement security best practices, and mentor engineers in the Infrastructure and DevOps domain to drive incident response

Qualifications

Proven track record in a DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
Experience with AWS, at least 5 years.
Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience running and monitoring production systems, including logging, alerts, and incident response.
Familiarity with security tooling (Snyk, Wiz) and observability tools (DataDog, Coralogix).
AI-savvy with proactive mindset to apply AI-powered tools while maintaining security and quality.

Responsibilities

Lead and evolve our cloud deployment strategy and infrastructure.
Design, implement, and maintain DevOps infrastructure; oversee production operations for uptime and performance.
Implement and improve security practices across infrastructure and deployments.
Scale platforms to support product and customer growth.
Collaborate with Software Engineering, QA, and Infrastructure Engineers to streamline workflows and automation.
Drive incident response, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement of operations.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring within Infrastructure and DevOps.
