ChipSoft ищет квалифицированного специалиста по DevOps/CI‑CD с опытом работы в облачных средах и .NET для проекта, ориентированного на автоматизацию сборок, тестирования и развёртывания. Роль требует аналитического подхода, инициативы и способности объяснять решения команде.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Помощь в проектировании инфраструктуры для тестирования и развёртывания.
• Исследование новых технологий и обоснование лучших решений команде.
• Анализ узких мест в сборке .NET и производительности пайплайна.
• Поддержка разработчиков по вопросам сборки, инструментов и инфраструктуры.
• Построение надёжных, масштабируемых решений для других команд.
• Разработка и улучшение решений, когда задания не полностью определены.
• Консультирование как технический sparring partner для разработчиков и тестировщиков.
• Мониторинг ночных пайплайнов и координация во время стендапов.
• Анализ производительности сборки .NET через настройки компилятора и кеширования.
• Работа над архитектурой новой тестовой и развёртывной инфраструктуры.
• Помощь разработчикам в устранении локальных проблем сборки.
• Улучшение пайплайнов и опыта разработчика вместе с командой.

• Design and optimize automated build, test, and deployment pipelines;
• Help design and build infrastructure for testing and deploying next-generation applications;
• Research new technologies independently, make them applicable, and convince the team of the best solutions;
• Analyze complex technical bottlenecks, including slow .NET compilation and pipeline performance issues;
• Support developers with build issues, tooling questions, and infrastructure choices;
• Build reliable, scalable, and easy-to-use solutions for other teams;
• Investigate, design, build, and improve solutions when assignments are not fully defined;
• Advise the organization and act as a technical sparring partner for developers and testers;
• Monitor nightly pipelines and coordinate challenges during stand‑ups;
• Investigate .NET build performance using compiler settings, pipeline steps, and caching strategies;
• Work on the architecture of new test and deployment infrastructure;
• Help developers resolve local build issues;
• Improve pipelines and the developer experience with the team.
